Social Skills and life experiences are fostered through outings, recreational activities, educational offerings, and various activities that help to integrate our clients into the community at large.

Employment Services
Work Services provide paid employment for each person served. PARC Workshop provides training and actual work experience in the following areas:

• Custom Furniture Refinishing
• Furniture Repairs
• Chair Bottoms
• Mops
• Woodworking Projects
• Bench Work
• Assembly

Eligibility and Entrance Requirements
Any mentally and/or physically handicapped adult who is at least 16 years of age and can provide a recent medical and psychological report is eligible for enrollement. There is no maximum age limit. A personal interview is conducted, at home or in the shop, and an application is submitted prior to entrance. Upon entrance into our program, there is a four to six week evaluation and trial period. There is no minimum IQ level, nor previous work experience required. Entrance is necessarily dependent upon space and funding being available.

PARC Workshop, Inc. operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
