Rick Hill
Morgan Shepherd Charitable Fund
Board of Directors

Rick Hill lives in Vesta Virginia with his wife Lisa. He has two sons, Daniel and Joshua.  He is self employed as a broker for Lincoln Financial Group and Anthem.  He has served as President of the board of Directors for The PARC Workshop in Stuart Virginia for many years.  PARC Workshop is a sheltered workshop that provides education and employment to mentally and physically challenged clients in Patrick County Virginia.  Rick has been involved in a music ministry for over 35 years.  He plays drums and sings with The Joyful Noise, a local gospel group.  Morgan uses Rick’s youngest son Joshua in his ministry.  He tells Joshua’s story about the adverse effects of alcohol. Joshua was hit head on by a drunk driver and suffers from a brain injury from the accident.

The Morgan Shepherd Charitable Fund Established 1986 as a program to assist the needy and handicapped in the Virginia Mountains. The Charity raises funds to support the PARC Workshop, an organization that provides handicapped adults job and daily living skills. Each year in December, the Morgan Shepherd Charitable Fund hosts a very special trip to the Virginia Mountains to share the true meaning of Christmas with the less fortunate. On this trip, gift bags, which contain donated items are given to the Parc Workshop, Southwestern Training Center for severely handicapped adults and low income families.
